The wizards at the PC Help Desk worked their magic and resurrected my application from the netherworld of lost data. She said she’s be reviewing our applications next week and would be sending out our fingerprint cards and background investigation forms. We should also be getting our Application Toolkit usernames and passwords in the next 7-10 business days. This is awesome news!
